VENUES ARE BUILT.
OPERATIONS ARE MADE.
Senior event and venue leader working across Olympic delivery, Major Games, international sport and permanent facilities — from readiness and build-up to live operations, reset and handback.
THE RED THREAD IS VENUE MANAGEMENT.
The title has changed across projects. The work has not: understand the place, build the operating model, bring people together, make decisions under pressure and leave the venue in the right condition when the event is over.
Permanent sports facilities · competition venues · clusters · Major Games · Olympic environment.

SIX MONTHS.
17 DAYS OF EXCLUSIVE USE.
ONE OLYMPIC STAGE.
San Siro was a six-month transformation programme, from the first build in Parco dei Capitani to final reinstatement. Only the last 17 days were exclusive use of the stadium: the rest had to coexist with an active football venue while thousands of people and more than one hundred companies moved through the operation.
Different scales. Different operating problems.

AGJ26 · Asian Games Japan
Two venues · one operating system · distinctly Asian sports.

OWG26 · Olympic Village Milano
Site Manager · dismantling · close-out · handover.

SOI WWG25 · Torino
The Rights Holder’s venue · global environment · human experience · local system knowledge.

FISU WUG25 · Torino
Cluster leadership · three FOP · two very different venue cultures.

TDR24
From delivering a tournament to building an event experience.

EBC21
A challenge became a bid, a region, a build and a championship.
COMPETITION → PROJECT DIRECTION → MAJOR GAMES.
TWO VENUES.
ONE OPERATING SYSTEM.
At the Aichi–Nagoya Asian Games, venue operations span MPG and PMA: different buildings, different sports, one cross-functional operating logic across CER, PRS, EVS, BOH/FNB, LOG and CNW.

A VENUE IS
A VILLAGE.
For a few weeks, professional communities appear inside a building: sport, security, ceremonies, press, logistics, cleaning, catering, technology, volunteers, public authorities and the venue owner. Each function has its own job. The venue exists when they begin to work as one system.
20+ YEARS.
ONE CONTINUOUS
FIELD OF WORK.
From building operating models for permanent public sports facilities to directing event projects and leading venues in international Games environments. The operating scale grew; the underlying discipline remained the same: treat the venue as if it were yours.

EVENTS TAUGHT ME SPEED.
FACILITIES TAUGHT ME CONSEQUENCES.
Passo Buole and J.F. Kennedy were not event projects. They were long-term operating responsibilities: maintenance, staff, sport programming, municipal relations, concessions and the discipline of treating the venue as if it were yours.
